Moving along with the pre-shading bill starts to add the top coats, bill goes in to detail on how to not kill of pre-shading that has been done before hand, and how to keep them blues and browns to just keep showing though, this is followed by some final bleaching of the model to give us a nice weathered look to the Tomcat.
